Personal Training is a one on one training session where you will get the dedicated time, knowledge and skills from one of our highly experienced trainers. Here they will guide you through a fifty-five minute specific and individualised training plan to suit your goals and requirements.
This is the best way to ensure your time is utilised to the maximum potential and includes High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Functional Fitness, Running, Weight Training and many more training styles based on your goals.
Outside of the sessions, you will be set a training plan to ensure you're getting the right amount of exercise each week. This is all delivered by an app where there's constant communication with your trainer.
