ANNUAL TRAINING PLAN

Fully periodised season plan to ensure you get the most out of your season - 'peaking' at the right time.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Delivered via email, online and a bespoke app, tailored to your week and time available.

INDIVIDUAL WORKOUTS

Each workout has an objective and is tailored to you, your goals and your limiters. Utilising science and experience, we set these around your Rate of Perceived Exertion, Heart Rate and Pace/Power - leaving no room for error.

2. ACCOUNTABILITY

CONNECTED TO YOUR COACH

All workouts connected through your Garmin or Suunto device to automatically populate the planned session, giving notification to your trainer for instant analysis and feedback.

NEVER TRAIN ALONE

Communication is key. Instant communication via the in-app messenger allows for a two-way stream of information.

3. EVALUATION

SESSION EVALUATION & FEEDBACK

 

Your coach will see every detail of your session and the hard work you put in. This is analysed, evaluated and fed back - altering how we move forward to get the most from your time.

 

Weekly review emails and bi-monthly skype screen share allow you to know exactly how your training is progressing.

Tom Frearson, The Tri Coach, is a passionate fitness professional with a background of coaching hundreds of clients from complete beginner to elite GB age-group athletes.

 

With an 'athlete centred approach' to all coaching, he truly believes in our Tri-Factor philosophy that underpins all our training plans; Specificity, Accountability and Evaluation.

 

A keen triathlete himself, he understands exactly what it takes to achieve your goals, around the challenges and limitations of day to day family and work commitments.
