COACHING

Following an initial consultation you will be assigned a coach who will best suit your needs. He or she will then take more specific information about your life, training background etc.

Then its TEST WEEK!

We always do an initial test week to establish your HR zones, power output and pacing’s and overall starting volume we agree you can put out in the week.

We usually programme on a weekly basis but you will have access to your coach daily who may wish to switch up your training depending on what life throws at you!

Pricing starts around £25 per week but it really depends on your personal needs!

We offer single discipline coaching for £15 per week.

We also proudly offer coaching for top level athletes and GB age groupers. Pricing may vary depending on the race season ahead!
